As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via Correos Express with tracking number and delivery without signature. The customization of the Bota Bag adds 24 hours to the shipping time.

For shipments outside the EU/USA any custom expenses are responsability of the buyer.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Return policy

Returns must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the product and provided that it has not been used prior to its return.

Returns of personalized products are not allowed except for errors or defects on our part.

Returns will be paid through the same payment method with which the order was paid.

Shipping and return costs will not be refundable for product returns in good condition.

In the case of returns of damaged, defective or erroneous products, we will take care of the shipping costs, the value of the product and the cost of the return.

Change of model

The changes will be made by charging the customer the shipping costs generated from the change. The credits or refunds generated by the change of model will be agreed by email and depend on the location of the client and the payment methods used.
