It is the lining of our All-Purpose bota bags. We call it that because it makes the bota bag easy to use and look after:
- What it is: an inner lining made of a heat-sealed polymer, certified for food contact, flexible and resistant.
- Taste intact: it doesn’t transfer flavours; wine tastes of wine and water of water.
- Any drink: wine, water, fizzy drinks and spirits of any strength.
- Into the fridge: you can chill the bota bag with the drink inside.
- No curing or upkeep: just rinse it with water, and months without use don’t affect it.
- Flexible and durable: it moves with the leather without cracking.

And it works with any drink, any time: wine, water on a hike, a cold soft drink in summer or spirits at a party. It has our ZZZ Easy Lining, which doesn’t transfer flavours and can go in the fridge; just rinse it.

The product appears to be good quality, but there is a number “1” printed on the front of the bag, off to the side of the logo. This isn’t shown on any of the product images, so it appears to be a manufacturing error.

Hello Jacob, the “1” you see printed at the top of the front bag is the bota’s capacity in liters. This number is printed in every bota but obviously varies depending on the size of your choice. The images we display in our website, though, show no capacity figures as they need to be valid for every size (category pictures rather than specific size pictures). We regret this may have caused a negative impact but hope you will enjoy your bota. Best regards
